MIT Leadership Research Fellow (12-week weekend course successfully completed!)

Over the course of 12 weekends, I participated in a leadership training program at MIT focusing on civic engagement and policy analysis. I led a team investigating the Newton teachers' strike in January 2024, coordinating task assignments, organizing group discussions, guiding policy analysis, and creating a poster presentation.

We presented our findings to the public during a poster session at the program’s final seminar, where our project received highly positive feedback and sparked strong interest. During the presentation, we received invitations to expand our research to other cities in Massachusetts.
